In the example regression most of four hours went into reconstructing relationships the systems already knew but had never written down. A thing that is an application in one system is a service in a second and a cluster in a third. So Netflix refused a generic Service type, and every application is validated against a catalog of roughly 49,000 entries before it enters the graph. LLMs still summarize the incident chats and an engine proposes causal chains, but no LLM can emit a triple that violates the type system. That is how uncertain steps end in a graph that answers a SPARQL query the same way every time. On top sits AutoRCA, a set of specialist agents that pass findings to each other through the ontology without knowing the other exists.
