GM gSLEEP Your sleep data now has a coach that explains it, and it lives inside the @sleepagotchi app. The AI Sleep Coach is built from your own health data. Sleepagotchi’s AI agents read how you actually live across: • Sleep patterns and bedtime consistency • Recovery and activity data from Apple Watch, WHOOP, Oura, CUDIS, and Pulse • Mood, diet, caffeine, and alcohol check-ins through the day • Meal planning and shopping behavior All of that gets turned into personalized wellness insights, including a causal explanation of why last night went the way it did. It reads what your body did instead of handing you a generic sleep score. Privacy comes first. Sleepagotchi processes health data on your device, so biometric information stays yours while the AI still personalizes every answer. Sleepagotchi started in 2022 as a gamified sleep to earn app on Solana. It now serves 2.2M+ users, and 78% of them open it within 10 minutes of waking. That daily habit loop is what feeds a chain of AI agents: Sleep Coach, Wellness Coach, Meal Planner, and Shopping Agent, aimed at what the team calls the intelligence layer for the wellness economy, where the value of your health data is meant to belong to you. Open Sleepagotchi, connect your wearable, and see what your sleep data has been trying to tell you.

Writing a Sleepagotchi post on the daytime check-in, which the earlier ones did not lead with.A wearable already knows you slept badly. @sleepagotchi is trying to find out why from you. The Sleep Coach reads Apple Health, Health Connect, Whoop, or Oura. That still misses the afternoon. The product adds one-tap mood check-ins through the day, then caffeine and alcohol at the end of it, so the next agent is not guessing from the night alone. That is the difference from a score. Context first, then a read, then something to change tonight. $CHI meters the expensive calls. Basic coaching stays free. Lite already proved people will open a sleep app in the morning. 2 million on Telegram, most of them within ten minutes of waking. The coach only matters if that open comes with a reason that is not the pet.
