here's a number i'd watch more closely than total captures. @vangrid_io's public bounty board snapshot shows $701,960 settled, 1,053 historical bounties, but only one open request. an almost empty queue beside substantial historical activity. is that efficient fulfillment or slowing demand? neither conclusion follows from a single snapshot. settlements measure completed economic activity. open bounties measure requests still waiting. what's missing is the flow between them. new requests per week, time to acceptance and the share of requests successfully fulfilled. vangrid already has a live network connecting smartphone contributors with buyers of real-world 3d data. but for physical ai, a large archive isn't the same as dependable data availability. the real test is whether fresh spatial data can be delivered consistently when someone needs it.
