Frontier AI models completed just 11 tasks across 800 trials using a robotic surgical arm. Claude, Grok and Gemini 3.1 Pro failed every run. Only Gemini 4 Argon and GPT-6 Astra managed to get anything done. there's still a huge gap between what AI can do in a demo and what it can actually do in the real world.
