🚨 AI STARTUP ELORIAN LAUNCHES GLIMPSE, A NEW AI MODEL THAT CAN LOOK CLOSER AT IMAGES AND VIDEOS Unlike most AI models that look at an image once, Glimpse can zoom into specific areas, check video frames and look again while answering questions. Elorian says its model even outperforms GPT-6 Astra on some visual reasoning tests, including scientific charts and short video descriptions. The startup previously raised $55 million at a $300 million valuation.

The AI agent crackdown has BEGUN. Your AI agent is now being BLOCKED by JPMorgan, Citi and Amazon. 1. JPMorgan bars outside agents from moving money in customer accounts, with Jamie Dimon warning of “rogue agents.” 2. Citi won’t let “third-party AI agents or assistants” log into accounts or transact. 3. Amazon blocked Meta’s Muse agent in September, saying unauthorized AI agents violate its Conditions of Use. 4. Bank of America has reportedly restricted access too, with CEO Brian Moynihan saying there should be a “human in the loop.” Banks have also warned regulators that AI agents could shift customers’ cash into accounts paying better rates, per the FT. If JPMorgan, BofA and Wells Fargo paid just 3% on their $1.6 TRILLION of zero-interest deposits, it would cost them $47 BILLION a year.

🇸🇪 Your WiFi could soon detect if someone is carrying a HIDDEN GUN Researchers in Sweden have developed an AI system that analyzes WiFi signals to identify concealed handguns, even in a crowded space. The prototype located up to 91.5% of carried objects, distinguishing between guns, phones, and water bottles, although handgun detection was far less reliable. The CRAZY part? it uses the same 5 GHz frequency range as ordinary home WiFi. Imagine walking into a building and the WiFi is already trying to figure out what's inside your pockets 😂 Source: Cybernews / Writer: Sol

Anthropic is pitching a bill that closely matches its framework from June. How can you watch Hugging Face, Coxon, & rogue AI swarms, and conclude that the bill you cooked up in June is sufficient? This comes nowhere close to the speed of developments nor the speed we need to keep people safe.
