India’s AI Data-Centre Boom 🚀 Pre-leased capacity more than doubled to ~1,200 MW in a year. Vacancy fell to just 2.8%, showing strong demand. India’s capacity could rise from 1.7 GW to 5.6 GW by 2030. AI, cloud and consumer applications are driving demand. Power, land and infrastructure are becoming key bottlenecks. Bottom line: AI growth is creating a massive opportunity across data centres, power, cooling, networking and infrastructure.

Gm Vangrid @vangrid_io just opened up a really interesting use case for AI agents. An AI agent can now pay a human to collect real-world data for it. Here’s how it works: → The agent creates a bounty in USDC → A person goes to the requested location and records the environment → Vangrid turns that capture into a 3D model → The model is sent back to the agent as real-world ground truth → Payment is settled onchain through Arc This creates a simple bridge between AI agents and the physical world. An agent may be able to reason, plan and make payments, but it can’t physically walk into a building or scan a street. Now it can effectively hire someone who can. That makes Vangrid more than a data collection network. It starts looking like a physical-world service layer for autonomous agents. 🤖🌍 The idea of agents paying humans to acquire the data they need could become a very interesting part of the Physical AI stack.

The Arizona Court of Appeals just threw a massive wrench into a murder sentencing because an AI-generated video of the victim was used as evidence. In the 2021 case where Gabriel Paul Horcasitas was convicted of killing 37-year-old Christopher Pelkey, the family used AI to recreate Pelkey's voice and likeness to deliver a statement.
